All fees are based upon square footage of the structure(s), age, type of foundation, and amenities.
Home Inspection Services (for both buyers and sellers)
1,500 to 2,000 square feet
2,001 to 3,000 square feet
3,001 to 4,000 square feet
4,001 or more square feet
$0.22 per square foot
$0.20 per square foot

Pier and Beam - Crawlspace Inspections

$250 for greater than 4,001 square feet
The fees listed above include detached (outbuildings) units that have a foundation, walls Roof etc. regardless of the presence of utilities; water, gas, electric etc.
These fees include, if operable on manual setting, existing sprinkler systems.

WDI - (Wood Destroying Insects)
Pier & Beam
This is a third party inspection performed by a specialist licensed by the State of Texas and who has the skill and the experience that is needed to provide peace of mind.
Punch-list, repair verification and general re-inspection:
50% of original contract amount or $175.00 for a Short verification list.
Lead Paint Inspection & testing
Coming in September 2015 both commercial and residential services are planned
Thermal Imaging Services
Coming in October 2015, both residential and commercial services are planned

Property Condition Assessment

PCA’s also involve inspections made by other licensed professionals, simultaneously, And provided as an attachment to the PCA report. Typical professionals that may be Involved are: HVAC commercial specialist, commercial electrical contractor, Commercial plumber, fencing contractor, Stucco & EFIS Installer, Roofing Contractor Specializing in commercial roofing systems (Built up, Mod.Bit, PVC or TPO Membrane etc…), WDI, Pool etc.. A complete preview of the property may be necessary in order to provide quote.
Cosmetic Assessments can be included in the PCA however, you must specify as they are Typically excluded.
FHA (92051) Compliance - Specific, Draw or Final
$175 Per Form
This includes FHA Inspections in the Dallas-Fort Worth Area, additional mileage charges Will apply outside our standard service area.
Our nation’s military heroes, both past and present, as well as seniors (age 65 and older) are given our appreciation and a discount of $50. In addition, volunteers for children’s welfare organizations, and state approved foster care families with children are given a $50 discount. Due to prior unfortunate, situations proof of eligibility and verification for these discount is now required.
Discounts cannot be combined and do not cover third party inspections, specialized or associated inspections.
