Property Condition Inspections
As an owner, investor, insurer and or mortgage holder of an income producing property, 
a property condition inspection fully informs you of the current state of your property and the inspection report provides proper documentation. These inspections are not to involve property being bought, sold or traded.
A property condition inspection covers all the areas of a basic property inspection, plus the reporting of the condition of the various finishes of a property (i.e. carpet, drywall, paint, etc.) We recognize that the ongoing performance and condition of your property for your tenants is a matter of income for you. We will thoroughly review all aspects of the working condition of your property from top to bottom and report accordingly.
