Inspection Services
What is a home inspection?
Most home buyers or sellers want to know more about what they are paying for in a home inspection. That is understandable considering the investment you are making and what is riding on the information that comes from this report.
Simply put, an inspection is a limited, non-invasive, visual examination of the condition of a home to establish the structural and mechanical integrity of the property. That condition is then described in a comprehensive report. An inspector reports the current condition of the home; no assessment or guarantee of the future condition, efficiency, or life expectancy of systems is reported. Nor is an inspection an appraisal, warranty or a code inspection.
